Vegetable fields


Ethnic and specialty vegetables are defined as vegetable and/or herbs that are not traditionally grown in the U.S., but imported to the U.S. and currently grown on a small scale in the U.S. provides production and marketing information for vegetable growers, sellers, and buyers.
